I'll skip around from borough to borough as the mood strikes me. I'll add captions and occasionally a brief

There is a downside to city living, without warning or informing the residents Con Ed and it's subcontractors started tearing up West End Avenue, night and day, for thirty six hours...heavy equipment, jackhammers, blinding lights and engine running.
