New York City is a kaleidoscope.
As I walk the boroughs and turn each corner there is always a surprise.
This is a photographic record of walks I have taken in the five boroughs -- posted in rough chronological order.
I'll skip around from borough to borough as the mood strikes me. I'll add captions and occasionally a brief commentary but, for the most part, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
The perspective here gives all objects outside the box a Magritte-esque, surrealist appearance. Your photo appears as if it has been painted rather than a digital capture of this view of the Plaza.
Much has changed, and the historic building has even been stamped with the logo! Very nice.
OMG....loved Elouise as a kid. She was kick-ass!! As always, great photos. You've composed them so well. Wishing you a happy weekend. I'm behind on my visits...so hope last weekend was happy too.

a spectacular shot!!
That Apple is everywhere - reflective thoughts occur about who else doesn't live any longer, either.
