I'll skip around from borough to borough as the mood strikes me. I'll add captions and occasionally a brief

Strasbourg: We are in France! (almost)

June 19-21


No more gray suits, no more superb technology and multicultural parades in support of tolerance. The toilet doesn't flush as well, the shower is sluggish. But people dance in the streets spontaneously and flowers are everywhere.
