The Unisphere

This is the largest globe in the world, created for 1964 World's Fair.

 As the rain stopped

Two hours after the rain

Remains of the New  York State Pavilion, with the observation platforms in the battleground. Designed by Philip Johnson. Abandoned and decrepit.
